About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

The County Court of Victoria is established pursuant to the County Court Act 1958. It has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 12,000 criminal, common law, and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder, and related offences.
There are a total of 80 Judges of the Court and over 300 staff, including judicial support staff. The County Court regularly conducts circuit sittings at 12 circuit courts situated in major centres throughout regional Victoria.

About the Role
The Court Technology Project Manager is within the Business Services Division at the County Court of Victoria.
The responsibilities include:
- undertaking and/or overseeing the project maagement functions adhering to the requirements of the Court's project management framework and reporting systems
- planning and coordinating activities that support the project deliverables and change management rqeuirements
- engaging with a range of vendors and internal and external stakeholders within the Court and Court Services Victoria
- undertaking procurement, vendor and contract management
This is a fixed term role until 31 July 2028
About You
The ideal candidate will be able to show:
- demonstrated experience to lead and deliver either technology or Court related projects, involving AV systems, hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring integration with existing ecosystem
- a strong understanding of AV systems (eg. microsphones, speakers, control panels, displays), video conferencing tools (eg. Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rooms), and related networking and infrastructure components
- a solid understanding of the technology needs and workflows involved in digitally supported hearings, and ability to provide relevant support
- hands on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting AV technologies and digital meeting room setups
- strong communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align with technical solutions to cater for user needs
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including supporting managers and assisting technical teams with hands-on delivery where needed
- experience preparing and maintaining system documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications
Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification or applicable work experience.
