About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

CCV
The County Court of Victoria is established pursuant to the County Court Act 1958. It has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 12,000 criminal, common law, and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder, and related offences.
There are a total of 80 Judges of the Court and over 300 staff, including judicial support staff. The County Court regularly conducts circuit sittings at 12 circuit courts situated in major centres throughout regional Victoria.

About the Role
As an Advanced Case Manager within the CCV CISP team, you will play an important part in ensuring participants within the CISP program receive a responsive, coordinated, and integrated support service. You will contribute to quality assurance, service excellence and monitor and evaluate activities to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Duties include:
- Providing advanced case management to people on bail with a range of complex needs, with a focus on clients presenting with a high level of risk in a way that is responsive to and inclusive of their diverse needs and backgrounds
- Supporting the identification and implementation of practice improvements that will enhance the quality of the CISP program's response
- Accessing, coordinating and monitoring the delivery of a range of treatments and supports for clients, including housing, alcohol/drug treatment, specialist ABI supports, family violence interventions and mental health treatment
- Identifying client risks and develop risk management and/or harm minimisation strategies in relation to these risks
- Preparing and presenting written court reports and provide expert advice or evidence to the Court, as required
- Developing and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships
- Actively reflecting upon own practice and identifying and participating in professional development opportunities
This is a fixed term opportunity until 13 April 2027
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years case management experience with a high-risk forensic cohort, preferably with drug and alcohol related treatment issues. You will be able to demonstrate strengths in:
- having a detailed knowledge of at least one of the service sectors for family violence, disability, mental health or AOD
- written and verbal communication to explain and produce a range of technical concepts and recommendations
- strong problem solving abilities, demonstrating specialist knowledge and expertise to address issues and generate and test a range of solutions
- interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build strong relationships and have an understanding of others
- stakeholder management, systems thinking and embedding data‑driven improvements
- drive and commitment to achieve goals and objectives for the organisation
