Project Manager, Digital Transformation
• Reporting to the Director Business Services, the Project Manager – Digital Transformation is accountable for delivery of the court’s digital strategy. The digital strategy aims to improve the capability of the court by harnessing new technology.
• The primary function of the role is to manage and integrate all aspects of the Digital Transformation program. Project complexity will involve reviewing and redesigning integrated systems; change management; and persuasive engagement with stakeholders (across the court and externally).
• You will be responsible for the management of the Change Advisory Board and associated functions such as budget management and scheduling.

About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

CCV
The County Court of Victoria is established pursuant to the County Court Act 1958. It has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 12,000 criminal, common law, and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder, and related offences.
There are a total of 80 Judges of the Court and over 300 staff, including judicial support staff. The County Court regularly conducts circuit sittings at 12 circuit courts situated in major centres throughout regional Victoria.

About the Role
The County Court (CCV) is Victoria's principal trial court, and its purpose is to hear and determine matters in a fair, timely, efficient and accessible way. The Court is led by its judiciary, which is then supported by approximately 340 staff that work in the areas of Registry, Judicial Support and the Administration. The Court' is committed to delivering core business well, achieving judicial and staff wellbeing, budget sustainability and ensuring we have a positive and inclusive workplace.
This role provides an opportunity to undertake multiple small to medium projects to support the operations of the Court. In addition to the project management function, in this role you will:
- engage with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- lead a small team
- oversee the Changes Advisory Board
- input into business cases and undertake analysis of systems; and
- make recommendations for change and improvements.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in project delivery across multiple information technology platforms. Ideally you will have project management qualifications and/or relevant experience.
An understanding of the operations of the the court system would also be an advantage.
