Position Details

The role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director, Regulation (Director) provides high level executive assistance and operational support to the CEO and Director supporting the effective operations of the Commission.

The position reports to the Manager, Corporate Services however selected activities will be directed by the Principal Commissioner, CEO or Director and may include executive support and coordination, stakeholder liaison and secretariat duties.

Who are we looking for?

You will be have demonstrated experience working as an executive assistant in a fast paced environment and will be professional, flexible and responsive.  You will have the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and quickly learn new systems and processes.  Furthermore, you will have the ability to identify improvements or efficiencies to processes where required.
