Echuca Regional Health (ERH) is a world class sub-regional hospital which services a catchment population of approximately 45,000. ERH provides a comprehensive range of health services, including: emergency; medical; surgical; rehabilitation; maternity; paediatrics; urology; orthopaedics; ophthalmology; dental; chemotherapy; and haemodialysis. With approximately 600 staff, ERH is Echuca's largest employer.

ERH seeks to appoint a high calibre professional in the role of Clinical Director of Medicine/General Physician, a new senior clinical and leadership position within the Medical Division. 

The position is responsible for:

  1. Providing specialist adult general medicine services to inpatients and outpatients.

  2. Supervision and support of Junior Medical Officers (JMOs).

  3. Providing medical education and training at ERH.

  4. Supporting continual improvement of medical services at ERH.

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.
