About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced para-legal to join our Practitioner Discipline Unit.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end processes of the team. This includes undertaking research, preparing correspondence and other documentation, records management and liaising with applicants and other stakeholders.

As our ideal candidate you will have prior experience as a para-legal within a legislative, regulatory or corporate/commercial environment with well-developed communications, problem-solving and self-management skills and proven ability to work as an effective team member.

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • relevant experience as a paralegal within a legislative, regulatory or corporate/commercial environment
  • sound stakeholder management and liaison skills with the ability to build relationships
  • capacity to integrate and collaborate effectively with the team
  • well-developed communications, conceptual, organisational and self-management skills
