Position Details

The Practitioner Discipline Support Coordinator provides high-level administrative support services and coordination of critical business activity across the Practitioner Discipline Unit.

This role actively supports the Manager, Practitioner Discipline with key case management of registered building and plumbing practitioner disciplinary matters, liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders, scheduling and coordinating proceedings, responding to or escalating enquiries and generating and distributing correspondence.

This role will also be undertaking research related tasks, initiate improvements across the business unit and provide project management administration support as required.

 Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  •   Extensive experience in the provision of high-level administrative support, within a legal or government environment.
  •   High-level of demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Office suite, TRIM (or similar electronic records management system).
  •   Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation and strong stakeholder liaison.
  •   Well-developed conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  •   Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to identify creative and innovative solutions.

Salary Details

Base salary in the Grade 4 range of $79,955 - $90,716 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
