About the Team
Our Client First team will support the business to create a better client and employee experience for improved performance and future growth. It will identify where we need to build capability and develop the projects and initiatives we need to deliver, including how our operating model delivers better services for all our clients.

About the Role
You will provide high quality administrative and business support to the Director of Client First and assist our business to reorganise itself to create a better client and employee experience, and improved performance and growth.

This will include:

  • administrative support, diary management
  • coordinating and scheduling activities
  • creating papers, reporting and analysing data
  • developing presentations
  • organising meetings and workshops
  • setting up the project space and tools
  • liaising with stakeholders at all levels

Skills & Experience required

  • Experience providing high level administrative assistance within a professional and confidential environment
  • Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with discretion and reliability
  • Ability to maintain security of confidential information at all times
  • Experience in coordinating and providing support in a project environment
  • Ability with computer literacy including high skill level with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard business correspondence, reports, documents and business proposals
  • Professional communication skills
