About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be a critical member of our small payroll team who delivers end-to-end payroll for approximately 500 employees. As part of the broader People and Culture team you will be the main point of contact for payroll queries and advice. 

You will provide exceptional service with a focus on managing the payroll system to ensure up to date with relevant and accurate information. You will also be responsible for all payroll system reporting that enable the business to access information and make informed decisions. 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a computerised payroll system
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll related rules, regulations and legislation
  • Previous experience and ability to manage end-to end payroll processing
  • Previous experience and ability to interpret and understand Awards, Agreements and Policies
  • Highly developed interpersonal and professional communication skills (written and spoken), including report writing from payroll software
  • High computer literacy, including competent use of Microsoft Office
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously, in a team and have high levels of time management
