About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in the strategic analysis, planning and management activities required for rebuilding PTV's Operational Performance Reporting function on a new PTV enterprise data warehouse platform.   The role will assist with senior stakeholder engagement and management, lead multiple workshops with stakeholders and perform enterprise analysis relating to operational performance reporting required under the new MR4 contract.

What we're looking for

Essential (must have to be considered for the position)

  • Advanced conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and high-level solutions
  • Demonstrated strong experience in understanding complex business rules necessary for constructing customer solutions
  • Experience dealing with strategic agendas in complex environments
  • Strong ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects. Experience in collating and presenting information in a sharp and concise manner.



  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Formal qualifications in Business and / or Systems Analysis.


  • CBAP Certification
  • TOGAF certification
  • Business Process Modelling Certification
