About our Client First team
The Client First Program will support the business to create a better client and employee experience for improved performance and future growth. It will identify where we need to build capability and develop the projects and initiatives we need to deliver, including how our operating model delivers better services for all our clients.

About the Role
You will lead and support the implementation of change initiatives and projects and ensure these are within scope, financial limits, agreed timeframes and quality expectations.

As a Project Manager you will be known for your people and change leadership and ensure there is a people focus to our initiatives and projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Project Management certification/post graduate business qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in managing projects, working with governance and quality control processes, financial management, change management and reporting
  • Experience delivering agile projects within time and budget
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead change projects
  • Ability to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks and solve problems
  • Ability to develop highly effective working relationships
