About the Client First team
The Client First Program will support the business to create a better client and employee experience for improved performance and future growth. It will identify where we need to build capability and develop the projects and initiatives we need to deliver, including how our operating model delivers better services for all our clients.

About the Role
You will work closely with the business and technical experts to help identify business problems, processes and solutions that align with the overall strategy, delivering a better customer experience.

As an active listener you will provide consultative advice to stakeholders and contribute to the development and successful delivery of initiatives and business cases and assist people through our change journey.

Skills & Experience required

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Extensive Business Analyst across data, CX design and improvement projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping and business process reengineering
  • Experience developing business requirements, business case development, instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • Project documentation preparation
  • High level of competence with MS Office, MS Visio & MS Project
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
