About the Role
Within this role, you will ensure that State Trustees' Risk Management and Compliance frameworks are contemporaneous and adhered to. With a positive, resilient and proactive leadership style, you will lead our teams responsible for risk, audit & assurance, compliance & Regulatory, and client feedback management.

Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will ideally possess:

  • CPA/CA qualification
  • Significant experience in accounting, audit, risk management and compliance
  • Experience in a regulatory-related area of the financial services industry
  • Experience managing teams and achieving goals by coordinating resources, processes, systems people and policies
  • Well developed business partnering skills and demonstrated successes in adding value to the business
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Well developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
