About the Role

The Team Leader provides supervision and leadership to a Client Services team consisting of Senior Consultants, who investigate and manage a range of potential legal client matters, which may relate to a client portfolio of Estates, Personal Financial Administration (PFA), Trusts and/or Enduring Powers of Attorney. The services are delivered with the support of a number of support teams including Contact Centre, Client Payments, Client Assets & Administration Support.

Role Requirements

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience managing and leading senior teams
  • Sound decision making and judgement
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well developed professional communication and presentation skills (written and spoken), including representing clients, employees and your team at all organisational levels
  • Intermediate computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office
  • Tertiary qualification in a legal or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • A background knowledge of financial services and/or trustees industries will be highly regarded.
