About the Team
Our teams of consultants and technical experts are responsible for managing over 2,500 trusts. These trusts may arise as a result of a work place or motor vehicle accident, left to a beneficiary within a Will, set up for a minor (child) or used as a diverse range of testamentary purposes.

About the Role
With a strong customer focus, you will to carry out trustee responsibilities and proactively manage a client portfolio of low complexity and low balance trusts.

Duties

  • Administer a client portfolio within the guidelines of relevant legislation
  • Ongoing file management
  • Prepare detailed client correspondence
  • Assess applications for funds including authorising documents and payments
  • Ensure all assets are appropriately managed & protected
  • Identify and report opportunities for improvements to processes & procedures

Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail organisational skills
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
