- Any office location, with flexible work from home/office arrangement

About the Role
You will lead, develop, and implement training needs for a series of projects designed to transform the way we deliver services to clients and contribute to a positive experience for our employees. Most notably will be our transition from a legacy Oracle platform to Salesforce CRM.
You will take ownership for developing project training programs to maximize employees' change readiness and adoption, ensuring that they're confident and capable in our new way of working.
This role is best suited to an experienced training professional who has led and implemented transformation training programs with a focus on customer centricity and new technology.
Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems including content management and reporting
- Experience in instructional design and courseware development including e-learning
- Experience in leading organisational transformational training as part of the project team, on at least one similar significant transformation project that spans technology and people/process
- A record of achievement in planning and managing the development, implementations and delivery of training programs in a complex organisational environment within tight timelines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in understanding internal and external stakeholder objectives and translating them into training interventions
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in concurrently supporting multiple projects and priorities
- Experience supporting organisational transformation.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Innovative thinking with a vision and demonstrated problem-solving skills
