About the Role
As the Payroll Manager, you will report to the General Manager of People & Culture and lead a small team responsible for managing payroll for approximately 500 employees. You will be the key point of contact for payroll queries and advice, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. In this role, you will also oversee the implementation and maintenance of our SAP Payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
You will play a strategic role within the organisation by providing payroll reports that support decision-making and offering guidance on maximising the benefits of the SAP Payroll system. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an initial on-site presence required to assist with the SAP implementation and support the payroll team.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in payroll management, with sound experience using SAP Payroll.
- Experience managing a payroll team.
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll modules and related software.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
