About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will lead and implement organisational change management strategies for a series of projects designed to transform the way we deliver services to clients and contribute to a positive experience for our employees. Most notably you will support the transition from a legacy Oracle platform to Salesforce CRM.


You will focus on implementing project deliverables, work in collaboration with others and support front line leaders to deliver the change management strategies.
If you're and experienced change practitioner who has led and implemented large scale change programs, this is deal for you. 

Skills & Experience 

  • A record of achievement in planning and managing the development, implementations and delivery of change management programs in a complex organisational environment within tight timelines
  • Experience in leading organisational change as part of the project team, on at least one implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or similar significant project that spans technology and people/process.
  • Experience in completing change impact analysis and designing meaningful change interventions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-makers
  • Experience in understanding internal and external stakeholder objectives and translating them into change management interventions
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate on achieving outcomes, ensuring business readiness for adoption and sustainability of change programs
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
