What you'll do

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will:

  • Coordinate VAGO's accounts payable processes
  • Prepare reports and reconciliations
  • Assist with other finance activities, including payroll, accounts receivable, cabcharge, flexicar, petty cash and banking
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures
  • Establish and manage networks with key stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
