About the role

We are looking for a Finance Officer who will be responsible for managing the payments, contract transfers, indexation and payment system for bus and tram contracts and other contracts as needed. 

What we're looking for

Essential (must have to be considered for the position)

  • Experience in managing a large payment system and processing a large volume of payments.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of complex reconciliations and financial management systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organisation to ensure payments are processed within the contractual timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and flexibly meet deadlines to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications

Desirable

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
