  • Exciting opportunity exists for two enthusiastic, registered nurses to join the ERH Education Team

Echuca Regional Health is a teaching hospital with a strong culture committed to supporting the professional development of all our employees.  The ERH Education department is responsible for the design and delivery of the education programs needed to ensure ERH maintains a continually upskilled workforce, and supports the delivery of programs designed to comply with the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHG) and the Commonwealth's Aged Care Accreditation Standards. 

The Education Team is seeking two enthusiastic registered nurses to provide ward based clinical support, instruction and mentoring for undergraduate, graduate, newly appointed or less experienced staff.  The successful applicants will be responsible for providing ward based supernumerary education support to staff with the Clinical Nurse Education team.  This will involve working alongside less experienced students and staff to assist them to develop high quality clinical care skills in a friendly and supportive environment that values feedback. Previous experience supervising and working with students will be highly desirable. 

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.
