Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, timely and confidential administrative support to three Directors, acting as a first point of contact and triage to address and provide guidance on a broad range of stakeholder queries and correspondence.
  • Provide strong project administration support, sourcing information from a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts, procuring and coordinating resources, contributing to project briefs and key documentation and reporting on project milestones.
  • Review operating policies, processes, workflow, expenditure, systems and controls linked to the broader business support function in order to find efficiencies, escalate identified risk or non-compliance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate knowledge and information management across divisional meetings, including managing minutes and action items, assisting to monitor and report on business and corporate planning activities.

Key Selection Criteria 

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • High level experience in the provision of administrative support, within a corporate or government environment, with demonstrated ability to align an administrative function to divisional goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain stakeholder engagement and consistently deliver in deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation (including correspondence, reports and presentations) and effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed conceptual and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify, source and fill gaps in information and take responsibility for recommending and implementing effective interventions and solutions.

Salary Details

A base salary in the Grade 3.1 range of $68,884 - $76,263 plus 9.5% super.

Victoria is the only state or territory in Australia that has taken decisive action to find and fix dangerous combustible cladding to ensure the safety of building occupants. Victoria has developed a robust audit and risk methodology, now used across the country to understand the combustible cladding risk exposure to communities.

The purpose of CSV is to further enhance this methodology by supporting Victorian apartment owners to make their buildings safe and compliant. Initially a selection of buildings will be part of a pilot program of rectification which will inform expansion of the program to other buildings over time.
