Position Details

The 2017-18 State Budget provided significant investment in the Victorian courts and tribunals to deliver a modern, technology enabled, citizen focussed courts service. This includes the delivery of five specialist family courts, projects that invest in change across a range of the recommendations of the Family Violence Royal Commission, a new Asset Management System, investment in critical infrastructure lifecycle management and preparatory work for new law courts in Bendigo and Werribee. 

Working within the Assets and Security division, this role provides an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and experienced Manager, Asset Lifecycle Planning to lead the provision of services that support the ongoing operations of the multi-jurisdictional court facilities throughout Victoria. The role is accountable for ensuring that asset lifecycle is managed across the portfolio to provide optimum value to the State, whilst also protecting heritage value of many of the properties within the portfolio. 

Reporting to the Manager, Capital Projects, the Manager, Asset Lifecycle Planning leads a team of specialists to ensure the delivery of approved programs of critical infrastructure and asset lifecycle management projects for the Victorian courts portfolio.
