Position Details

Be responsible for administering contract requirements, scheduling and activities to the Court Security Unit.

  • Play a key role through the provision of technical support and advice on the management of contracts within the Court Security Unit
  • Undertake security-based activities including the management of access control processes and supporting incident analysis.

About Us

Court Services Victoria (CSV) was established on 1 July 2014 as an independent statutory body corporate to provide corporate and administrative services that support judicial independence in the administration of justice in Victoria. CSV provides support services to the Supreme Court; the County Court; the Magistrate's Court; the Children's Court; and the Coroner's Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria.

Jurisdiction Services (JS) is the specialist service arm of CSV that provides support to the courts and jurisdictions in a range of corporate functions including human resources; Koori programs and initiatives; finance; facilities; assets and contract management; security; risk, audit and compliance; project management; business intelligence; communications; business review and improvement; technology; and transcription services.

About the Role

Working closely with CSV courts and tribunals, the Senior Policy and Contract Advisor plays a key role in providing technical support and advice to the management of contracts within the Court Security Unit.

The position operates within a complex, demanding and sensitive environment where relationships are key. The role is responsible for administering contract requirements and ensuring that contract scheduling and contract activities are delivered. Further, the Senior Contract Management & Service Assurance Advisor will support the management and delivery of day to day contract-based activities.

About You

  • We are seeking someone with knowledge and experience in managing contract management processes
  • You will require a good understanding of contract compliance, work scheduling, and financial management practices.
