Position Details
- Lead evaluations that shape public services across Victoria.
- Turn complex data into clear insights people can use.

- A fixed-term, full-time role earning $113,022 to $136,747 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As senior evaluation officer, you will lead and support evaluation projects across the department.
You will use your skills to deliver clear findings that guide decisions.
You will:
- deliver high quality evaluation outputs across complex projects
- write clear reports for both technical and general audiences
- analyse complex data sets and build new data tools
- manage multiple priorities using sound project methods
- build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
About you
You must hold a current Working with Children Check (Employee). A degree in evaluation, social science research or criminology is desirable.
You should also have:
- experience designing and delivering complex evaluations
- strong skills building quantitative and qualitative data tools
- ability to analyse and explain data in clear ways
- effective communication and project delivery skills.
