The Senior Service Delivery Advisor (Senior Project Officer) is responsible for supporting the project management of a number of critical pieces of work to support eligible workforces access Child Link across Victoria to support child wellbeing and safety. 

Victorian Child Information Sharing Division sits within Early Childhood Education group. The division leads Victoria's Child Information Sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety. The division contributes to implementation and change management activities for the early childhood system reforms, including measuring attendance of children at kindergarten to support the roll-out of the Best Start, Best Life Reforms.

The Senior Service Delivery Advisor (Senior Project Officer) is responsible for supporting the project management of a number of critical pieces of work to support eligible workforces access Child Link across Victoria.

To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communication skills, project management experience, policy development and implementation skills. These will have been demonstrated through preparing a range of project and contract documentation and briefings.

The successful candidate will undertake a range of the following activities depending on the role:

• support consultation with key internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic advice
• support the alignment and integration of the training across the child information sharing reforms
• preparation and coordination of briefs and papers for relevant governance meetings and ministerial briefs
• data collection and reporting relating to stakeholder engagement activities
• ongoing review, support and management of the Learning Management System and e-learning modules
• responding to stakeholder queries across the Victorian Government Information Sharing Enquiry Line platforms
• support the Manager with any other tasks as required.
