About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our high performing QA team within the Digital Design and Innovation (DDI) Branch. You will create test plans, perform functional and  regression testing, identify and manage defects, and work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and other stakeholders. Salesforce experience is mandatory, as the role focuses heavily on testing Salesforce applications ensuring requirements are properly tested before deployment.

This role embeds quality throughout the software development lifecycle by applying structured testing practices, strong governance, secure testing methods. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of salesforce testing processes, leveraging automation, robust test controls and modern testing techniques to increase efficiency, uplift quality, and enable faster lower-risk deployments.

Qualifications and experience

You'll bring:

• Strong automation testing experience, including 5+ years in a similar role , 1–2 years' hands-on Playwright and TypeScript experience , 2-4 years hands-on Selenium and Java experience.
• Proven enterprise testing and delivery capability, including developing and maintaining functional and regression test suites, using Git/Bitbucket for source control and Azure DevOps for CI, testing and releases.
• Strong analytical and technical capability, with experience investigating automation failures, conducting root cause analysis and resolving defects, with enterprise technology experience and industry test automation qualifications desirable.
