Echuca Regional Health encompasses an aged care service, Glanville Village, which accommodates 60 residential beds.

Echuca Regional Health (ERH) is a world class outer regional health service which services a catchment population of approximately 45,000. 

Echuca is a vibrant tourist town with exciting cultural heritage, restaurant scene, sporting facilities, seemingly endless leisure and recreational options all within 2 ½ hours from Melbourne.  Excellent preschool, primary and secondary education options are available. 

The ERH Emergency Department (ED) manages in excess of 22,000 presentations per annum.  Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Emergency Medicine is responsible for: 

  • Leading and managing the provision of emergency medicine services.
  • Supporting continual improvement of emergency medicine services.
  • Lead the expansion of training, including accredited training posts, in emergency medicine. 

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and Working With Children's Check prior to appointment.
