Position Details

 This is a great opportunity to play a key role in promoting quality improvement in early childhood education and care (ECEC) services by actively monitoring compliance, undertaking investigations and conducting assessment and rating visits at Victorian ECEC services.

Quality Assessment and Regulation Division

Quality Assessment and Regulation Division (QARD) approves and regulates about 4,800 ECEC services operating across Victoria. We strive to be a best practice regulator and use a range of strategies to deliver regulatory outcomes. Our role is to ensure service operators provide safe, high-quality learning environments for all children attending their services.

QARD has full time, ongoing and fixed term positions, at the VPS4 level. The role involves working across rural and metropolitan areas in the North Western Victoria Region (NWVR) and South Western Victoria Region (SWVR). The role will occasionally include overnight stays. There are multiple team office locations. Refer to the Preference sheet to nominate your preferred location.
