Position Details

Full Time - Fixed Term (12 months) position.

An opportunity exists to join the Office of the Deputy Secretary, Early Childhood Education as Executive Coordinator. The position is responsible for daily office management and directing and coordinating work as well as driving continuous improvement.

  • strong organisational skills and experience providing sound and up to date advice on processes, requirements and timelines
  • proven success to adapting to changing demands and coordinating tasks
  • exceptional eye for detail, risk adversity and experience providing high level support to a senior Executive and team
  • a can-do attitude and actively contribute to development of a culture of excellence, responsiveness and flexibility.
