Position Details

SENIOR POLICY OFFICER

A unique and exciting opportunity exists to join our high performing team focused on improving the quality of early childhood education and care services in Victoria.

The successful candidate will have experience related to policy development and implementation and program management. Experience in workforce development strategies across other industries is desirable.

In addition, you will have excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills (including written communication skills) and be able to work as a collaborative team player. A sound knowledge and experience of procurement processes and project management and stakeholder management are essential aspects of the work.
