The Tech Schools Division exists to implement, support and manage policy and operations for the 10 new Tech Schools created under the $128 million Tech Schools initiative. These ten new Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) learning hubs represent an exciting and innovative educational model, providing high-tech centres of learning for secondary school students to build critical STEM skills and gain exposure and preparedness for jobs and industries of the future.

Position Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and high performing team in an Executive Assistant role, working in an innovative and exciting area of education.

The Executive Assistant - Tech Schools Division provides high-quality and responsive executive support to the Executive Director and the Director, Tech Schools. The role is responsible for diary management, executive and administrative support, records management, undertaking project support tasks, and the application of administrative policies and procedures.

The role provides the opportunity to work on a fast-paced priority initiative within a small, dedicated team and requires a high level of initiative, self-motivation, solutions-focus, strong relationship building and planning skills.

The role is available for a full time, fixed term basis until 30 June 2022.
