Project Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in a major Education State initiative. The Tech Schools initiative will deliver ten new innovative, high-tech learning centres of excellence that will provide new programs to better connect secondary school students to the jobs of the future. Government has announced funding of $128 million to deliver on the design, construction, creation of programs and operation of this key election commitment. The Tech Schools will be located on TAFE or University sites and are being implemented to open in 2017 and 2018. They will be run by a TAFE or University under the guidance and direction of local partnerships between Schools, TAFEs, Universities, Local Government and Industry.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play a flexible role in policy and project management.
