An exciting opportunity exists for a highly self-motivated team player to co-ordinate, support and test a number of Microsoft Soft and SharePoint Applications. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the provision of first level support for all early childhood business applications operated by DET.
The successful applicant will provide a single point of contact for all external users and regional and central office DET staff requiring assistance for applications.
They will also be required to respond to, manage and resolve incidents/requests/problem and is expected to perform these tasks in a manner that provides customer service excellence to the business.
Other responsibilities include providing regular updates to users on the status of their incidents/requests, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded and the general provision of superior and timely user support.
