Senior Project Officer

Position Details

Senior Project Officer VPSG5 full-time fixed term 3years

This position plays a key role in contributing to the Department's vision for promoting and supporting the health and wellbeing of young Victorians by supporting the planning and implementation of the 'Doctors in Secondary Schools' pilot program.

The Victorian Government is providing $43.8 million over four years to fund general practitioners (GPs) to attend 100 of Victoria's most disadvantaged schools to provide medical advice and health care to those students most in need.

The Senior Project Officer, Doctors in Secondary Schools, will work collaboratively in a small team to implement a range of core components of the program. You will have strong stakehodler management skills and contract management experience, demonstrated program development and project management skills, an understanding of progam evaluation and comprehensive knowledge about the Victorian health, human service and education systems.
