Position Details

Policy Officer | Ongoing/Full-Time

We are looking for an integral member of the Industry Partnerships unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Policy Officer who enjoys a fast-paced, high volume and rapidly changing environment to join the newly created Workforce Development Branch.

Under the guidance of a Team Leader, the Policy Officer will assist in a range of projects working flexibly across virtual teams that will be formed and disbanded as required. The role will have involvement in building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders; identifying emerging issues, risk and trends impacting on the successful achievement of projects and providing high quality business intelligence and sound recommendations; preparing and presenting detailed, comprehensive reports and Ministerial Briefings as required.
