Research Analyst | Ongoing/Full-Time

This is an exciting Research Analyst role which is based in the Funding and Pricing Unit. The role supports the VET Policy Branch in the development and delivery of vocational and education training policies that support high quality training delivery in government priority areas and skills needs.

Working in a high performing, friendly team, this Research Analyst position plays a key role in analysing and providing advice on which courses should be eligible for government funding that aligns to industry and social needs and determining the government's contribution that best reflect the real costs of training. 

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated research and statistical analysis skills, and an understanding of the vocational education and training environment. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills matched by your capacity to build strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
