Client Support Officer

The role of a Client Support Officer is to contribute to the wider team to build relationships with the Regional TAFE network. The purpose of the relationships is to deliver partner-focused objectives as aligned to facilitating a stronger TAFE network, continuous TAFE quality improvement and TAFE network sustainability and performance approach. The Client Support Officer also assists senior officers to plan, manage and coordinate a range of communications and project activities including liaising with stakeholders closely. Good writing skills to prepare briefs and support the management of TAFE programs is important as the role will includes the input of advice and analysis of information to identify relevant insights which will influence the team's action or advice. Influencing skills will also inform wider strategy that contributes to driving improved outcomes, performance and accountability. The ideal candidate will have strong enthusiasm for developing knowledge and understanding of managing TAFEs as key government institutions. The OTCD is looking for a highly capable Client Support Officer that demonstrates initiative and is willing to develop their careers in a highly dynamic environment.
