Senior Project Officer

Training Market Services Division (TMS) sits within HESG and manages the delivery of the government subsidised VET training market in Victoria including contracting and paying training providers, ensuring contract compliance, strengthening the VET system through coordinated engagement with training providers and maintaining a continued focus on operational improvement.

A 12 month opportunity is available for a specialist IT position designed to assist in the creation and maintenance of ad-hoc products required to manage the Victorian Training System.

Position Details

The products this role is responsible for include (but are not limited to):

- an inhouse built Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - currently supported via MS Access;

- a Contract Evaulation and Management System (CERS) - currently supported via MS Access; and

- data structures enabling the transformation of these tools into an off the shelf CRM system.
