Data Analyst

The role of the Data Analyst is to:

• analyse VET training system intelligence to determine alignment of training provision with the needs of the Victorian economy, to support research and analysis projects and the ongoing implementation of Skills First

• contribute to the maintenance and improvement of key models and reports, including DET’s workforce supply and demand model, Jobs and Training Needs reports and the Victorian Employer Skills Survey

• extract, format and quality assure VET training activity and employment data in response to specific requests to support strategic and operational decision-making and policy-setting across HES

• maintain the relevance and accessibility of VET training activity reported through the HES Data Portal

Position Details
