Position Details

SENIOR ANALYST, Fixed term - full time (18 months)

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION WILL BE RELOCATING TO BALLARAT IN 2020 

The purpose of this role is to be the conduit between business and the vendors supporting HESG's Business Intelligence systems. In doing so, the role assists with technical data analysis, requirements gathering,vendor management, contract management and record keeping within VSGM. This includes and is not limited to:

• Developing and implementing Data Governance strategy for HESG

• Collaborating with HESG stakeholders to identify analytical requirements and effectively prioritise and communicate to vendors program of work for Bl system

• Providing advice and recommendations about data and statistical analysis of large complex data sets from the data warehouse using industry standard software, such as MS-SQL,MS-Excel/MDX or MS Access
