The Executive Cooridinator will manage the tactical actions to support effective project delivery, including stakeholder management, alignment to baseline schedule, interdependency management, risk identification and mitigation, reporting and management of project resources.

Position Details

A fantastic opportunity exists for an Executive Coordinator to drive organisational change in Victoria's largest employer.

Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Infrastructure and Finance Services Group (IFSG), this is a “hands on” role that requires an experienced officer to support and drive the delivery of strategic projects. Working in partnership with multiple project managers and senior leaders across the organisation, you will be responsible for delivering against core objectives and business priorities, including:

• provide direction on progress and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

• resolving escalated items, applying delegated authority on changes to scope, budgets, costs, timeline and resources

• delivering communications to the stakeholders

• providing oversight, leadership and governance support to people across IFSG to ensure they meet target requirements

• responsible for managing defined elements in the program, in accordance with the sub-program plan

• leading or contributing to other strategic projects for IFSG as required.
