Position Details

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly self-motivated team player to provide a comprehensive speech pathology service to schools within the North EastMelbourne Area (Banyule Network). The position is part time 0.4 EFT. The successful applicant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team collaborating with other allied health professionals. This includes therapy and supporting teachers in the development of educational programs for students with additional needs. Key components of the role include the provision of high-level professional advice to schoolleadership that strongly influences student wellbeing policy. Autonomous provision of professional services including comprehensive assessment andreport writing along with advanced therapeutic interventions, and the provision of leadership both professionally and operationally within the team.
