Policy Officer x 3 - Fixed Term/ Full Time until 30/06/2025

The Senior Secondary Pathways Reform Taskforce was established in 2021 to lead a generational reform agenda in response to the Review into Vocational and Applied Learning Pathways in Senior Secondary Schooling.

These reforms will collectively support all Victorian secondary students to pursue high-quality and valued vocational pathways aligned to their strengths and interests and to finish schooling with the skills and capabilities they need for success in further education, training, work, and life.

The Taskforce has a flat organisational structure; it is led by an Assistant Deputy Secretary who reports to the Secretary and four Directors each responsible for a handful of teams. It has a dynamic, inclusive, and empowered culture, with staff at all levels involved in significant engagement with stakeholders, and the design and implementation of high-profile activities.

Government has invested a further $277.7m in Senior Secondary Pathways Reforms through the 2022/23 state budget. High performing candidates are sought for multiple roles across a range of functions, including policy and strategy, program design and implementation, and program management and governance.

For more details regarding this position please see attached position description.
