Position Details

An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated team player to join the HR Shared Services unit as part of the People Division at the Department of Education and Training. You will be a HR generalist/Payroll specialist and have experience in providing executive remuneration advice and payroll services including contracts of employment. To be successful in this role you will be client focused and have well developed influencing and decision making skills. Your capacity to establish and maintain collaborative relationships will be critical as well as the ability to deliver outcomes and drive change in a fast paced and complex environment.

You will have a strong attention to detail, have a professional phone manner and proven experience in delivering exceptional service in a busy deadline driven environment. You will pride yourself on achieving excellent client feedback and maintain consistently high rates of client satisfaction.
