Position Details

Are you a communications superstar with strong experience and skills in strategic communications & stakeholder management? Passionate about delivering best-practice, evidence-based & innovative communications that effectively promotes programs, reforms, & initiatives? We are looking for two Senior Communications Strategists to work in the division's Portfolio Communications branch & play a key role in the development, delivery & evaluation of strategic communications plans & campaigns - fixed term to 30 June 2023. You will be responsible for:

  • providing expert advice in planning & delivering communications & marketing activities
  • working across the Communications Division to ensure communication strategies are implemented effectively
  • undertaking data analysis and evaluation to ensure continual improvement
  • managing positive relationships with program & policy areas, & external providers
  • supporting the team to develop new and innovative ways to communicate across our channels
  • supporting the strategic direction of the portfolio & division by delivering key communications outcomes that support the department and education in Victoria.
