Position Details

Three fixed term, full-time positions available

Position 1 to 30/06/2024; Position 2 to 24/04/2023; and Position 3 to 16/02/2023

Escape time recording and enjoy a flexible working environment performing challenging and valuable commercial legal work supporting the department's Education State vision, objectives and decision-making principles.

Work collaboratively with 7 other commercial lawyers responsible for a wide variety of commercial work. You will gain exposure to grants, IP rights, privacy, data protection and complex, sensitive and significant procurements including strategic ICT procurements. Your technical excellence, good judgement and stakeholder management is essential. You will manage commercial disputes and collaborate with other teams providing strategic legal policy support to the Department.
