Position Details

One ongoing VPS6 role available - this interesting and varied role will provide strategic coordination and support across People Strategy and Operations (VPS) Division.

This role, reporting to the Executive Director, will provide high-level strategic support to the Division including the provision of specialist advice to the Executive Director, and oversee quality assurance across various functions within the Division.

The successful candidate will lead a team of three project officers and be accountable for overseeing a variety of projects, actively managing the internal quality assurance function and coordinating the provision of monitoring deliverables, managing associated reporting requirements and ensuring internal standards are met in a timely and streamlined manner. The role acts as a catalyst for improvement and is responsible for reviewing, updating and quality assuring internal systems, policies, procedures, and processes to improve organisation capability and capacity.
