Position Details

This role will work as part of the Return to Work and Compensation Team to create policies, procedures and manage the financial and administrative processes to support the accurate and timely recovery and reconciliation of workers' compensation related payments. The successful candidate will be required to monitor and report payments and reimbursements, recommending actions as required. This includes the indexation of weekly compensation rates and termination of weekly compensation payments.

The role will require liaising with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate in the development and operational implementation of reconciliation systems and processes and assist in the ongoing improvement of work processes, by educating and training Department employees in the management of claims management practices and reconciliation.
