Position Details

The Campaign Manager plays a key role in the development, delivery and evaluation of strategic communications plans and campaigns across the higher education and skills portfolio team.

The Campaign Manager will lead the Department's promotion of major higher education and skills initiatives, including promoting Free TAFE and the TAFE Victoria brand.


They will lead the delivery of best practice and evidence-based communications that concisely communicates the education and training narrative to our staff and the broader public.

 The Campaign Manager will be specifically responsible for:

• Developing strong client relationships

• Audience-centric communications

• Design, delivery and evaluation of data-driven strategic communication plans

• Project management, including working closely with other teams in the division driving implementation work

• Managing external campaigns, marketing and engagement activities, including campaign budget expenditure

Experience managing government advertising campaigns and associated approval processes will be highly regarded.
